Texas Motorcycle Group [txmotorcyclegroup]

At the Law Office of Waverly R. Nolley & Associates, we believe connecting with our clients is important. Since you have used this
medium to find us, why not continue to be updated and informed through Social Media.

Social Media allows our clients to connect with other clients with similar interest:
motorcycle riding. We believe you should "Ride
Your Bike....Know the Law"
.

Receive updates from our newsleter regarding changes in Motorcycle Law; find out local area motorcycle events; receive real-time
updates on motorcylce events; upload your event pictures and videos.

At the Law Office of Waverly R. Nolley & Associates, we are in the development stage of Social Media campaign. After careful research,
we found most motorcycle groups withing Texas usually sponsors at least one chartiable motorcycle event per year. Here's a thought:
with all of the Texas motocycle groups understading the importance of "giving back", why not create a statewide events where all
groups could ride together for a massive display of charity support. A statewide ride Texas motorcycle event would require
communication within the individual Texas motorcycle groups.

Wikipedia, defines social media as online content created by people using highly accessible and scalable publishing technologies. Social
media is a shift in how people discover, read and share news, information and content; it supports the human need for social
interaction with technology, transforming broadcast media monologues (one to many) into social media dialogues (many to many).

It supports the democratization of knowledge and information, transforming people from content consumers into content producers.
Social media has become extremely popular because it allows people to connect in the online world to form relationships for personal,
political and business use. Businesses also refer to social media as user-generated content (UGC) or consumer-generated media (CGM).

With all that is said in the above-mentioned definition, the bottom line is to connect. Let's start my connecting our groups together
through social portals. Please register your group through our Facebook link. We can begin meeting some of our fellow riders who has
the same passion for sport of motorcycle riding and chartiable giving.

Once we connect with each other, we can start sharing event success stories, photos, and videos of successful rides and charitable
events. Let's get to know each other and plan a statewide riding event that will catapult our sport to the forefront for many to see.

In a recent post from Socialmediatoday the latest report based on the findings of Pew Internet & American Life’s daily tracking survey
on Americans’ use of the internet released in October 2009 shows 19% of internet users now say they use Twitter or another service
to share updates about themselves, or to see updates about others. This represents a significant increase over previous surveys in
December 2008 and April 2009, when 11% of internet users said they use a status-update service. Based of this information, the Law
Office of Waverly R. Nolley
feels we must reach out to our clients in different ways to communicate and disseminate information.

Three groups of internet users are mainly responsible for driving the growth of this activity: social network website users, those who
connect to the internet via mobile devices, and younger internet users – those under age 44.

In addition, the more devices someone owns, the more likely they are to use Twitter or another service to update their status. Fully
39% of internet users with four or more internet-connected devices (such as a laptop, cell phone, game console, or Kindle) use Twitter,
compared to 28% of internet users with three devices, 19% of internet users with two devices, and 10% of internet users with one
device.

* The median age of a Twitter user is 31, which has remained stable over the past year.
* The median age for MySpace is now 26, down from 27 in May 2008.
* The median age for Facebook is now 33, up from 26 in May 2008.

Please review our site and find out more about this "new media". There are learning videos explaning the concept of Myspace, Twitter,
Facebook, YouTube, and Flckr. Once you undersatand it better:
take advantage of it.
