Our Legal Background Waverly R. Nolley completed fellowships at Washburn University Law Center before earning the Doctor of Jurisprudence law degree from the University of Houston Law in 1985. Upon receiving his law license from the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Nolley accepted an attorney position with a Houston Personal Injury Plaintiff’s firm He started his own personal injury practice in 1987 and has been involved in a number of multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients.
